A flippant but honest CV-Lucy Avery Brooke's 1st work was done as a part of " No Shame" at the Public Theatre in NYC.More recent work was seen on line as a finalist in the ME AND MY MASK Competition. She has written in French and English for the EASTER BONNET competition( Why? It's a long story)  Her latest work EKPHRASIS  A Few Words about Art was workshopped at the Cornelia St Cafe and Emerging Artists.  Her deconstructed farce got a very nice letter from the O'NEILL Theatre, saying the readers really liked it but they weren't going to do it. That's okay. She just finished a libretto version and she really wanted it to be a Musical anyway.Other works have been seen at  the Public Theatre, the Director's Company, Here, the West Bank Cafe, the West Beth Theatre IN NYC
